(1)Power system:
The original German STIEBEL transfer case is adopted, featuring high drive power and stable and reliable working.
(2)Hydraulic system:
The pumping hydraulic system adopts dual-pump dual-circuit constant-power open-type hydraulic system and German Rexroth products.
The main cylinder and swing cylinder are driven by two pumps separately. The swing cylinder features quick and powerful motions.
(3)Hydraulic system:
The pumping hydraulic system adopts the electronically controlled reversing mode, featuring simple and clear system structure and convenient malfunction repairs. The hydraulically controlled reversing mode is optional.
(4)Pumping system:
The maximum capacity of the hopper is up to 800L and the inner walls of hopper adopt arc-shaped design to eliminate dead spaces for material deposit.
The high wear-resistant wearing plate and cutting ring sufficiently cut down the user's operating cost.
The S-pipe valve features low height difference and achieves smoother concrete flow.
The reasonably designed mixing blades for the mixing mechanism improve the concrete suction efficiency.
The direct drive mode by hydraulic motor features simple drive structure and convenient maintenances.
The mixing mechanism is capable of automatic reverse rotation in event of material blockage and then automatic resumption to forward rotation.
(5)Boom and outrigger system:
All structural parts for boom and outriggers are fabricated from DOMEX high strength steel plate from Swedish SSAB, featuring high strength, light weight, and predominant fatigue resistance.
The balance valve of the boom adopts German HAWE product, featuring the overload cushion protection function to effectively prevent the possibility of overload failure and structural damage of hydraulic system.
The turntable is capable of 365º rotation to achieve an extensive concrete placing range.
The outriggers are of the traditional backward-swinging type, featuring quick extension and simple and reliable operations.
(6)Slewing support system:
The Italian COMER or Brevini slewing reducer and the Italian LALEONESSA or French ROLLIX slewing support are adopted, featuring stable operations.
(7)Central lubrication system:
The S-shaped valve and concrete delivery cylinder of the pump truck adopt central lubrication mode so that the hydraulically controlled follow-up grease pump guarantees the lubrication effect and features low grease consumption.
All lubrication points of the multi-plate progressive grease distributor are fitted with blockage indicator to ease the maintenance and checking. In event of blockage in any oil line, the other oil lines can still function normally.
