functions hydraulic accessories according to the requirements of the rescue site.
The drive control form of this series of rescue robot products adopts cross power control
system with double pump double circuit of compensation te hnique based onelectrohydraulic
proportion load sensitive valve, including the model of compensating multi-way valve after
four groups of load sensitive valves to control more than 31 hydraulic actuators. O which, the
wheel-track walking drive circuit plan adopts some key technologies, such as digital control,
height adjustment and digital hydraulic suspension kept with load, digital design of complex
hydraulic line, digital operation and control interface wit coordination of two arms, and
rotation aboard based on master-slave control, teleoperation with mechanical arms, etc. which
solved core problems, such as complex hydraulic system design under narrow space,
wheel-track walking drive circuit and coordinated control of dual-arm
multi-degree-of-freedom system; realized the exquisite and smooth control of operating
mechanism with dual-arm and 14 degrees of freedom and the efficient and reliable
transmission of wheel-track walking mechanism.
