1.Energy-saving large torque engine meeting the requirements of China II emission standard is provided,which realizes a perfect matching with high-efficient and large-capacity torque converter and MAFAL 1st generation of energy-saving technology,improves operating efficiency,reduces energy consumption and realizes a comprehensive energy saving of more than 10%.
2.MAFAL 4-ton transmission case and reinforced drive axle is configured,with large bearing capacity and high reliability.
3.New steel structure cab is adopted,which has wide vision,large operation space,full-covered cab internal trimmings,good sealing performance,standard air conditioning and comfortable driving environment.The ROPS&FOPS cab can be installed optionally and is of good safety.
4.Electrical apparatus element is of high-end and mature system of MAFAL,which makes the electrical system more stable and reliable.
5.Load-sensing full hydraulic steering system is used,with light and quick steering and reliable energy saving properties;pilot-control working device hydraulic is used,with high operating efficiency and is light and easy to operate.
6.It adopts front and rear reinforced frames that have passed 200,000 times of fatigue enhancement tests,with strong bearing capacity,reasonable entire-machine load distribution and good stability.
7.Bucket is made of protruding type cutting board.The bottom antifriction plate is thickened,with little cutting resistance,high load factory and high reliability.New shift bracket of MAFAL patent is provided for auxiliary appliance up to ISO international standard.
