The road surface cold regeneration machine is an environmentally friendly and efficient road construction equipment designed and manufactured to adapt to urban and rural road construction. During operation, while milling and crushing the old asphalt pavement, stabilizers (cement, lime, water, etc.) are added, and mixed on site to form a new road base through shaping and compaction.

 

Features:

1. Adopting a high-power intercooled turbocharged engine, with high power reserve coefficient and strong power.
2. The hydraulic system adopts internationally renowned hydraulic pumps and motors.
3. The sprinkler system is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the required amount of water is controlled by a high-precision flow control valve. A microcontroller is used to adjust the mixing depth
4. Work speed, precise control of sprinkler volume.
5. The convenient "knock in and out" type milling and mixing cutter head shortens the downtime for replacement.

l The hydraulic system fully adopts H-shaped pipe joints, international standard pipe joints, and there are no welded hard pipes in the entire vehicle. The pipeline sealing reliability is high, effectively preventing hydraulic oil leakage.

Normally we can work on T/T or L/C.
1)On T/T term, 30% payment is required in advance for production, 70% balance shall

2)On L/C term, 100% irrevocable L/C at sight without "soft clauses" can be accepted.
